Reviews and Ratings
My experience at the hotel was mixed. While I appreciated the professionalism of the dive instructors and that they offered multilingual lessons, my frustration began when I arrived and found no one to pick me up at the pier. The room was basic and not cleaned properly, and breakfast did not meet my expectations. Overall, the place has potential but could use serious improvements in service and room quality.
During my stay, I found the hotel to have a beautiful beach nearby and clean, modern rooms. However, the service left much to be desired with staff who weren't always accommodating. The local dining options were excellent and offered delicious meals. While the facilities were decent, the lack of air conditioning was quite uncomfortable at times, especially considering the noise from the street.
I stayed here for three nights, and while the location was great with lots of nearby affordable restaurants, my experience was quite mixed. The food choices at the restaurant were disappointing, and the plumbing issues in my room were frustrating, with constant foul smells. Some facilities felt outdated, especially the pool chairs, which were very uncomfortable. Overall, it wasn't ideal, but there were some redeeming aspects like a clean room and good air conditioning.
The hotel has its charm with beautiful grounds and a spacious room, but my experience was marred by terrible pillows and inconsistent Wi-Fi. The pool is mostly occupied by divers, which means there's not much space for other guests. The restaurant serves average food, though the Wi-Fi connection is strong there. Overall, a mixed stay.
My stay at the resort was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, though I found the pillows uncomfortable. The pool was a nice touch, and the staff were generally friendly. However, the breakfast could use improvement, and I would have preferred a more peaceful sleep environment due to the morning noises from nearby roosters.
